Absolutely awful service. 1 year to return a deposit, 2 years and waiting for closure on charges

Suite à un courrier de leur avocat au sujet de mon avis précédent: voici donc mon avis personnel sans plus: Je ne conseille cette agence et les autres entreprises liées à personne.

As a tenant, I received really good service from Rockenbrod, the best so far in Luxembourg.

Manque de réactivité et difficulté de joindre l'agence pour les biens qu'elle essaye de vendre.

The most unfriendly receptionist I have ever met. I cannot understand that the receptionist is such an unfriendly and harsh person. I know some people with alot of real estate and I would not recommend this agency due to the unfriendly receptionist.

Site explicite, mais peu de biens

D'une nullité ...! Ils tiennent la palme à la fois de l'incompétence, de la lenteur et en plus ils sont désagréables et ne savent meme pas qui gère quoi dans l'agence ... la palme revient sans conteste à Mme Adam et Mme Schumascher du service location/gérance on peut également parler de leurs talents de syndics qui mettent plus de 2 ans à faire un relevé des charges ... fuyez !

Je viens d'emménager dans un nouvel appartement à Strassen. Merci pour votre aide. Travail soigné, rapide et conseils judicieux.

Agence très ancienne et dépasser dans son approche client, service très lent pour avoir un rdv et pas flexible sur les horaires. et commercial nonchalant et suffisant...

They really provide a very good support if you need to find a place to live, in specially I recommend Christina DALENBROOK as broker, she was amazing with me and my family helping us to find a very good apartment in just 1 week, which in Luxembourg it's almost impossible. Thank you all. :)

Ils nous ont proposé un appartement pleins de moisissures dans les chambres que la propriétaire a caché ce problème on mettant de la peinture! Ce n'est pas honnête!

Une agence incompétente, publie des annonces de vente fausses. ( sur deux appartements aux allées vertes) dont j étais intéressée. J ai perdu mon temps pendant des semaines. À fuir, même les autres agences ne comprennent pas le procédé de cette agence.

Not the best service: we didn't receive any support after a robbery in the cellars of the building plus I had to wait 8 months to receive the deposit back although the état des lieux was perfect. They didn't give any real explanation rather than have to wait for the building account closing, not even a due date.

Cette agence est à la traîne, dépassée, il a fallut les rappeler après un délai promis, plus d’une semaine pour qu’on nous communique finalement la valorisation estimée de notre bien. Tout ça pour qu’on nous le communique oralement sans support écrit, sans arguments, sans aucun intérêt, sans conseils, franchement M Rockenbrod (fils) mettez-vous à la page et regardez autour de vous des agences modernes avec une approche client professionnelle !

My experience with this firm was unfortunately very disappointing. You get contracts with annual tacit prolongation and if you are late you will be held to another year. I was willing to seek another tenant but the firm was not interested and I did not see the property on their platform. Ultimately, the owner accepted a settlement against final discharge. Nevertheless, at inspection, despite having given final discharge, they still tried to claim additional costs, not return my caution, and even demand more money. I set off the settlement against the caution which is legally the correct way to act. When entering into a rental agreement through this firm I paid a commission of 1 month lease. For that I would expect a certain service but unfortunately this was below expectations. Also, I received a letter from Rockenbrod in 2020 as they were not happy about my review. As long as it is factually correct it is legal and falls under freedom of speech. I recommend future tenants to be very aware of this system when leasing propery. Document everything, and put as much as possible in writing. And keep your reviews clean from emotions and to the facts.

I rented an apt from Rockenbrod for nearly 5 years. I had really good service and support whenever needed, being that with technical support or general questions. They were very punctual in credit transactions as well. I would like to mention in particular Ms.Manou and Mr.Romain for the support throughout the years. Thank you!

As a tenant my experience was really quite good. The agents are responsive and helpful.

Refused to provide charges statement and stopped replying to emails in order to avoid paying out a refund. They pray on weak tennacy law in Luxembourg. Please if you happen to read this avoid renting with this agency at all costs!

Awful Service from the Beginning. Do not use this agency! The service provided by this agency has been extremely poor from the outset. They offer no assistance and actively complicate every process. For instance, they attempted to block the replacement of my roommate with another person, simply because the new law prevented them from charging a full agency fee again. They even tried to persuade the landlord not to accept the new roommate and suggested evicting me so they could re-rent the apartment to someone else and collect another agency fee. Their service is not only unhelpful but also extremely rude. Having lived in four countries and rented apartments in all of them, I have never encountered issues like I did in Luxembourg. The agency operates like a parasite, charging fees while offering no real service or support. They do not protect tenants or assist in resolving issues, and their behavior is exacerbated by the lack of adequate regulations in Luxembourg. This system forces tenants to pay agencies despite receiving zero value in return. The agencies exploit this gap in legislation to take advantage of tenants, and in some cases, even landlords. It is a serious issue that urgently needs government intervention. In my case, I was only able to remain in the apartment due to the good relationship I have with the landlord. Without this, I could have ended up without housing, all so the agency could collect additional fees. The government must address this issue to prevent the exploitation of tenants and landlords alike. Complaining to the agency is futile; they are indifferent to such concerns. Unfortunately, I know many people who have experienced similar problems.

I meet this agent melanie.schleuss to visit a house. The first visit was quite funny because she didn’t know much about the house and there were 3 bedrooms where was not possible to enter because under refurbishment. The second visit she arrived late but luckily we manage to visit all the rooms. As usual the best has still to come. We made an offer matching the asked amount giving a time limit for the answer. We have never received an answer. Speechless. Luca

Awful Service. Do not use this agency for renting. I submitted a complete rental application, including all required documents for my family, at the end of 03/06. We visited the property on 06/06 with agent (Raphael), and from there, things quickly turned frustrating. Every week, we followed up with the agency, only to be told vague updates (at the end we understand that we were “plan B” and that they were waiting for other type profiles so the owner could decide). This went on for nearly a month. Then, out of the blue, the agent (Diane) informed us via email that we were not selected. No explanation, no clarity, no fair process. What I learned from this experience as renting through this agency, don’t expect transparency or professionalism. The whole process is clearly structured around the preferences of the owner (which's fine), and the agency seems to have little interest in fair or respectful communication with potential tenants. It’s unfortunate to witness this kind of behavior in Luxembourg, especially since I’ve worked with other agencies here who have been nothing but professional and transparent. This experience was an exception and not in a good way. I recommend others approach this agency with caution and be prepared for vague communication, anyway you must ask direct questions, short period don't open a door for more than a week to get a reply, and don’t assume that transparency will be part of the service. Speechless to see this level of amateurism in Luxmebourg.

Expérience plus que décevante avec cette agence, n’a absolument jamais essayé de faciliter les discussions entre propriétaire et locataire, ils n’ont fait que renvoyer la balle. En revanche pour encaisser les frais d’agence ils étaient très réactifs. En tant qu’ex locataire, je ne les recommande pas

Agence absolument non professionnelle. Malgré plusieurs rappels, ils n’ont jamais répondu à mes messages ni à mes e-mails. Et lorsque, par hasard, quelqu’un répondait au téléphone, on me disait que « c’était occupé » et que l’on allait me rappeler… ce qui n’est jamais arrivé. Aucune fiabilité, aucune considération pour le client. Un service inexistant et totalement décevant. Je déconseille fortement cette agence.
