Never use this agency. I vacated the apartment on 30/09/2025; they returned only half of my security deposit in December and still hold €2,500 for supposed charges. I have sent numerous emails requesting the remainder, but have received no response to date. Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive — avoid.

MKA is a very professional agency that actually knows the market very well. I particularly appreciate the attention to detail as well as the quality services they provide. The staff is competent, really friendly and gets things done. In my mind as an owner but also a client, there is no doubt that you are in good hands with them!

they cancelled the appointment with only a couple of hours notice, without even giving explanations, zero professionalism. I also think they don't understand English very well given the thousand repetitive emails sent to make a single appointment. And thank goodness in Luxembourg people should be more serious and honest👌🏼

Il s’agit de la pire agence immobilière ! Service déplorable ! Aucune compétence ! Après avoir quitté l’appartement en location, j’ai dû envoyer 100 e-mails pour ma caution et ils ne me répondaient pas volontairement. Ils étaient en tord et vous montrent que vous être clairement en train de les faire chier. Je n’ai jamais vécu une expérience aussi catastrophique. À fuir !!!!

L'agent immobilier qui ne sait pas où se trouve le bien à faire visiter ou qui sonne chez les voisins à la place. Pas de suivi, pas de réponse. La patronne fait tout, quand elle n'est pas là - rien ne bouge. Temps perdu.

See this company involved with your landlord and say goodbye to your deposit. We left an apt after 4 years in spotless condition apart from some staining on a bedroom floor due to a gym rug. We knew that 16 square meter room would likely be replaced and we accepted that. Everything else was immaculate. I spent 2 days scrubbing the apt. They still insisted I get a professional company....fine, I did. Then a month later they send me pictures of the most ridiculous marks and dirt in the dishwasher drain and cooker hobs. 5,400 eur deposit completely taken. Thieves....in my humble opinion. Poor manners, poor everything. Unprofessional, rude. Run a mile....in my humble opinion

Absolutely a joke. I arranged an appointment for visit an apartment, they asked us documents 30 min before the visit (for what reason i don't know) and after asking why, they told me the apartment was reserved. It's a shame for an agency cancelled an appointment 30 min before without any reason. AVOID THIS AGENCY.

Dealt with an agent by the name Sonja, showed very little professionalism. Told me she's gonna contact me after I've visited the apartment but never did. 👎
