When we first arrived in Luxembourg 5.5 years ago with my spouse and our 7-month-old baby, our consulting firm connected us with Immolosch to find a home. This transparent and proactive approach helped turn what could have been a complex experience — finding a home in a foreign country — into something manageable. We ended up staying in that home until this past September'24, and each time we reached out to Immolosch, they responded promptly with effective solutions. In September'24, when it came time to move, Catia from Immolosch assisted us every step of the way. From our house filled with belongings to the empty handover stage, she was there, answering every question we had. I signed off on every email or document she sent me with complete confidence and couldn’t be happier with the experience. In short, if you need real estate assistance in Luxembourg, in my opinion, Immolosch is the only place to go. Thanks to Catia and the entire dedicated team, I would give them 10 stars!

Eine unseriöse Firma, die mit unehrlichen Vermietern zusammenarbeitet. Ein paar Fakten : -9 Monate später eingezogen als vereinbart - Wohnung war im schmutzigen Zustand und nach etlichen Diskussionen war der Vermieter bereit ein Teil der Reinigungskosten zu tragen! - Richtige Wiese versprochen, aber billigaussehende Plastikwiese. -Gartenbereich bis Auflösung des Kontraktes nicht bereit gestellt - Immobilienmaklerangaben teils widersprüchlich - Kein 2. Etat des lieux gemacht worden, obwohl viele Arbeiten von seitens des Vermieters noch gemacht wurden und trotz Anfrage unserer Seite aus und da beim Einzug die Wohnung noch nicht fertig war wie abegmacht! -… Jeder würde die Wut der Kunden verstehen, aber der Immobilienmakler sorgt sich nur um den Vermieter! Une entreprise peu sérieuse qui travaille avec des propriétaires malhonnêtes.

We were not clients of ImmoLosch, but they represented the seller during the purchase of our apartment. Our experience with them was very positive. They were respectful, always indulged our questions, and were never pushy. Tom, who represented ImmoLosch, spoke perfect English and gave us the impression that the property was being presented fairly and without trying to hide any flaws. This was important to us, as we wanted to be sure that we were making an informed decision about our purchase. After the purchase, we can confirm that everything was as we were told. We would definitely use ImmoLosch's services again in the future, in either capacity of a seller or a buyer, as they have built a lot of trust with us. In our view, this is how all Lux real-estate agencies should operate.

Very disappointing experience. We contacted Immo Losch regarding a house for sale and scheduled a viewing, which was confirmed by email. However, the agent never showed up for the appointment. We tried calling and emailing, but received no reply. This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time.
