Vous avez droit de louer à qui vous voulez mais indiquez vos critères dans l’annonce

Très mauvaise expérience de visite d’appartement avec cette agence. Rdv confirmé à 17:15, personnes n’était présent!! Aucune organisation, aucun respect pour les clients ! perte de temps, manque total de communication et attitude désagréable envers les clients.

Had a contact with Ms. Sara dos Santos. Came across several announcements, asked to her to mediate the communication with the proprietary/landlord, while I do attend most of the requirements (including the absurd ones that they list, 3, 4 times the income required), she promptly refused to do so. So this is mostly a warning to any landlord going through Paul Reinig. She was extremely unhelpful and rude, even called me back to confront after I shared my piece on how she was wrongfully declining everything. Won't recommend, would also recommend the landlords to experience other agencies as clearly the agents are unprepared and unstable.

The worst real estate. We went for a scheduled showing today at 6:45pm and the real estate agent (Reinig) was there, but with 6 other couples. Instead of a visit, it seemed like a circus. This agency does not know how to treat clients, terrible service.

Très mauvais expérience pour une première fois parti chez une agence immobilière . Arriver a l’agence à Ettelbruck pour avoir des renseignements etc… et la façon de parler aux gens c’est incroyable ! Comme une sorte de haine que j’ai jamais vu dans ma vie ! Premiere et la dernière fois que je mets mes pieds dans cette agence.

Very bad customer service! My boyfriend who is foreigner and can only communicate in english set up a rendez-vous for visiting an appartement and made clear that he is only speaking english. For the appointement Paul Reinig himself came, not speaking a word of english or at least he did not try. Luckily I am luxembourgish and could translate everything. Paul Reinig was behaving very arrogant, when we were asking more detailed question like how many appartments are in the building etc., he could not answer and was answering in a very rude way that we need to look at the door bell. After rendez-vous they never called back and when we finally reached them to ask about the status, they said that the landlord has not decided yet but they will probably not choose us (from financial perspective, there was no problem, we were earning more than 5 times the rent price). I heared also from a colleague that rented through agency of Paul Reinig that he told the landlords that they should not chose them because of their look (what he did not know that they knew the landlords through friends and they chose them anyway). I cannot recommend Agence Paul Reinig.

Très mauvais service. L'immobilière sait bien se vendre mais tout ce qui brille n'est pas de l'or. Le propriétaire de la boîte m'adresse la parole en français, je lui réponds en luxembourgeois, alors il me dit d'un air étonné "ça existe encore". Cela en dit long sur cette personne.

First time I contacted them for an apartment 3 years ago. Back then they told me the apartment is available and that they would call me back to make an appointment. They never called back and two days later the apartment was not listed anymore. I thought, ok can happen. This year I was looking for a bigger apartment as the family was expending. I found again the perfect apartment for us listed with this agency. I called, they asked how big were our salaries (by the way, we definitely can afford the apartment), the lady on the phone (that apparently isn't an agent) told me that an agent would call us back to make an appointment. 2 weeks after I called back, as no one contacted me, and the lady assured me that I was on the list and because the apartment in a new build the agent would call a little before everything was finished. Some weeks after the apartment was taken off their website... One could say it was both times super bad luck but no, I have friends who had same experiences with this agency. Now if they would even have a property that I would like, I would not bother to call.
