Cancelled the meeting on the same day at 8.30 am, meeting was taking place at 9.00 am...then took a week to transfer money to the bank aftet chasing every day what resulted in interest penalty fees. Making unacceptable comments during the meeting -ah you arent married or in partnership yet 🙄. This isn't a question about my civil status. Its a silly remark. The question would be - are you married or in registered relationship. No need to comment YET or not YET. The comments of the notary is a nonsense. It took a week to wire the money - as per BIL with documented correspondence. The several changes of meetings were due to notary not being available or late or on another meeting - as per your secretary, so keep your integrity and posting such statements about your clients you clearly don't respect.

Je leur ai écrit pour demander une confirmation à 2 reprises, ils m'ont snober et aujourd'hui je suis toujours sans réponse. Franchement je vous le déconseille fortement sur un echelle de 100000/100. Allez voir un autre et même si vous avez pas le choix, allez dans la ville à côté. En plus de ça, ils parlent mal aux gens. Apparemment je dois être d'abord client chez eux pour qu'ils me répondent or c'est une personne de chez eux qui m'as dit d'écrire un mail pour demander. Bref, résultat je vous le déconseille

Keinesfalls zu empfehlen. Unkompetente Arbeit und teuer bezahlt für nichts. Eigentlich sollte nur der eheliche gemeinschaftliche Güterstand angepasst werden. Nach Beratung und Explikationen seitens der Notarfachangestellten, sollte auf anraten hin, nun der Güterstand geändert werden und ein dementsprechender Entwurf wurde verfasst. Vor Unterzeichnung des Aktes war eine Provision von 1000€ fällig. Wir konnten nur staunen, als der Notar bei der Vorlesung zur Unterzeichnung des Aktes, uns weitere detaillierte Erklärungen und Erläuterungen gab, die im Vorfeld so nie besprochen oder erwähnt wurden. Der verfasste notarielle Akt entsprach in keiner Weise unseren Vorstellungen bzw. den uns im Vorfeld mitgeteilten Angaben, sodass wir die Unterschrift verweigerten. Ich kann nur sagen, dass wir sehr schlecht beraten wurden ansonsten im Vorfeld überhaupt kein Akt aufgestellt worden wäre. Nach schriftlicher Reklamation bezüglich Rückerstattung der Anzahlung erhielten wir lediglich eine Rechnung in Höhe von 600€ ohne weitere Antwort. Ehrlich gesagt, hätten wir vorsichtiger sein müssen, da wir von Anfang an ein ungutes Gefühl in Bezug auf fachliche Kompetenz hatten.
