J'étais à la recherche d'un appartement en location, Valérie a pris au sérieux ma demande. J'ai eu une visite au bout de 2 jours, une semaine d'attente pour le retour du propriétaire et le bail était signé. Frais d'agence modérés en comparaison avec d'autres agences,je recommande fortement !

Worst agency in the whole universe. Their proposition to landlord is that whatever happens we will not let the tenant get anything back from the deposit. Extremely ill behaved lady and she even dared to hit my 3 year old son. Avoid avoid in all situations. This is a scam machine not a agency. You will not get your deposit back and they will make you sign a contract that there will be no rights as a tenant.

Agenzia immobiliare pessima, molto scortesi. Ho acquistato una maison con loro e vi posso garantire che hanno nascosto alcuni problemi della casa che ho dovuto successivamente sanare,a mie spese. Personalmente non acquisterò mai più con loro.

Agenzia poco professionale. Abbiamo acquistato una casa con loro e ci era stato confermato che non avesse problemi con il tetto. Siamo stati costretti a rifare totalmente il tetto a causa di vizi nascosti prima di entrare. Molto grave, ora capisco perchè avesse tanta fretta nel chiudere la trattativa.

Very unprofessional agency. They represented a landlord and I was a tenant. I paid the agency over 3,000 euros for nothing. They changed the date of the keys handover several times. When I finally came to collect the keys, the flat was still being painted. The agent knew nothing about the flat. The air conditioning was not working, although the agent assured me that it was. The only thing they should have done was to transfer the electricity contract to me. But they forgot to do that too. Finally, I asked for the landlord's contact details and they have not replied for two weeks. I don't understand what they are charging me this crazy money for and why I, the tenant, should pay it. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone.

Je suis passé par cette agence afin de trouver un logement à Luxembourg Ville. Tout s'est bien passé, l'agence est très à l'écoute et m'a beaucoup aidé pour toutes les démarches et à su me conseiller sur divers points (électricité, assurance, banque...) ce qui m'a été d'une grande utilité.
