I am giving one star because I have to. If there is something lower than that then that would be my rating. No prompt responses. Be on a call for 20 to 30 mins only to them not picking up. I have not been able to transfer money to other accounts because my bilnet has not been working for two weeks now. They choose to migrate to new platforms by creating problems for their users. They do not care about their customers. Absolutely horrible service. I cannot even open a new account in a new bank because I will not be able to transfer money. If you are smart and value your time go to any other bank but them.

J'ai un compte pour sept ans, et j'ai aussi un contrat de 10 ans pour acheter une maison. Je veux ouvrir un compte pour l'entreprise. Ils m'ont refusé. Pourquoi est-ce parce que je suis irakien ?

Very unfriendly staff! Specially the belval branch! They have undefined terms and rules which apply based on personal interest of branch staff. I opened an account as student and they promised visa credit but then they came up with new terms and conditions such as blocking money 3 times of limit and hidden fees for going below limits. I suggest at least share satisfaction survey with your clients to express their experiences of interaction with your staff. Marc Jonathan requires few sessions of psychology!

Huge building, I am not sure whether the bank is located in each floors, but I like the color of the skyscraper: striking red! It brightens the campus.
