Reliable, professional, and genuinely helpful I’ve been a client of Agence KAPGEN for some time now and couldn’t be more satisfied. From the very first contact, the team was welcoming, attentive, and took the time to truly understand my needs before recommending the right coverage. As a LALUX agency based in Steinsel, they offer a great range of insurance products, and the whole process from getting a quote to signing the policy was smooth and straightforward. Any questions I’ve had since have been answered quickly and professionally. It’s reassuring to have an agency you can actually trust. Highly recommend KAPGEN to anyone in Luxembourg looking for reliable insurance with a personal touch.

Max Ernster Avis laissé le mercredi 17 juin 2026

I can’t praise Agence Kapgen Claude enough. I currently live in London and they have been an absolute lifesaver in helping me navigate and manage the Luxembourgish insurance landscape from abroad. Honestly, in 2026, you would expect every company to handle international/remote clients this smoothly, but it’s still so hard to find. The team is always available, professional, and they truly take the time to find the best possible solutions for your specific situation. They focus on actual value and client care rather than just pushing contracts. Plus, you can always share a good laugh with them, which makes it feel more like a friend supporting you along the way rather than just a standard customer-service relationship. Five stars all day!!

Charly Lippert Avis laissé le mercredi 17 juin 2026

I highly recommend Agence LALUX - Claude Kapgen for anyone looking for reliable insurance advice and excellent customer service. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions clearly and efficiently. They take the time to understand individual needs and provide tailored insurance solutions rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Communication is rapid, and every interaction is handled with friendliness and professionalism.

I had a great experience with Agence Kapgen Claude. The team was very professional, responsive, and took the time to really compare different options for me. Compared to my previous insurance, the prices were lower and the conditions/coverage were actually better. They explained everything clearly and helped me find a solution that fit exactly what I needed. You can really feel that they care about their clients and not just about selling a contract. Highly recommended if you are looking for better prices, better coverage, and personal service in Luxembourg.

Jordi Jost Avis laissé le samedi 2 mai 2026

Usually I don’t like dealing with insurance companies as they’re slow and complicated, but here I got great and quick individual service for several different issues over the years. Especially interesting are their investment plans, because compared to banks they can offer some more unique strategies that can be tailored to somebody’s specific needs.
