I had an excellent experience with Abdullah at Foyer today. He helped my husband and me obtain our insurance, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his assistance. After a sad experience with another foyer agent in Gare I lost hope to get the right coverage but !! Abdullah was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my (stupid) questions, and made what could have been a complicated process feel simple and stress-free 👍👍 It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a friendly and caring attitude. Superb professionals! If you are looking for an agency that truly cares about their customers in the long term, look no further. I've been a Foyer customer for more than 6 years. By mid this year, I got assigned to another agency (not Della Siega Stevenson) and while renegotiating my car insurance, several "mistakes" were made that led me to pay an amount that was higher than expected and contractually signed. At that point (November 2023), I decided to move my contracts to Della Siega Stevenson and ask for their support. In a matter of days, Nuno Rodrigues managed to quickly find a solution and restored my trust in Foyer - even though it was not a problem he created. Thank you! Also, a thank you note to Patrícia Araújo for the smooth transition process between agencies. It's always good to come across businesses that also aim to ensure customers are happy. In my view, that's how value is generated.
