I had a very good experience working with Cédric Raguet after my recent accident. From the moment I reached out, he made the entire claims process so much easier and less stressful. Unlike another agent in Mondorf-les-Bains, Raguet & Henriksen actually care about their customers. Even though I contacted them after their official office hours about a different and non-urgent matter, they replied within less than 13 minutes, whereas over a day has already passed since contacting the other agent, with no reply whatsoever, so far. I will definitely transfer my file over to them, knowing that I will be helped immediately in case it's necessary.
